Position Overview
Responsible for maintaining, patching, and sustaining deployed cyber tools to ensure continued operational relevance. Supports lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation, and user support.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance, updates, and patches for deployed capabilities.
• Manage version control, configuration, and release processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by operators.
• Remediate vulnerabilities to maintain compliance with DoD standards.
• Document sustainment processes and provide user training as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
• 7+ years sustainment engineering or system administration experience.
• Experience with patch management and secure configuration baselines.
• Knowledge of DoD security and system sustainment practices.
Education and Certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications such as Security+, Linux+, or RHCE preferred.
